Provide 100 site reviews for technical assistance in site modification to provide greater dwelling <br /> accessibility. <br /> <br />2. Provide needed CID services to disabled and senior residents of Redwood City: <br /> <br /> Volunteers in Money Management 15 new consumers <br /> Peer Counseling 5 new consumers <br /> Personal Attendant Referral 10 new consumers <br /> Independent living skills 40 new consumers <br /> Financial Benefits Counseling 15 new consumers <br /> Information and Referral 300 contacts from RWC <br /> Shopping Assistance 5 new consumers <br /> <br />3. Do outreach via two mailings, one the first six months and the second the last six months, CID will <br /> mail information about CID services to residents in Iow/moderate income areas of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4. Do outreach via two presentations in Redwood City. CID will make contact with two agencies and <br /> present information regarding CID'S programs/services. <br /> <br /> <br />
