Mayor Buchan advised that personal
attacks and disputes would not be tolerated, and discussions regarding private events were not
appropriate. Mayor Buchan advised that discussions of events at Garfield School were not
germane, events surrounding the Climate Best Fest were not under their purview, and any
subjects having to do with the November 8, 1994 Election for Council were inappropriate.
Mayor Buchan advised that all candidates speaking before the Council would be so identified,
including Councilwoman La Berge.
A.
