ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> Mayor Buchan reviewed the ground rules in effect during Oral Communications, a fifteen <br /> minute time period for items not on the agenda but under the Council's purview. Mayor <br /> Buchan advised that personal attacks would not be tolerated, Council would not intervene <br /> between two private parties and no matters concerning the election would be considered. <br /> A. Mayor Buchan advised there were people in the audience with concerns regarding the <br /> Canyon Road Improvement Project and called on Community Development Director <br /> Nelson to give a brief summary ofthe Canyon Road improvement project and outline the <br /> next steps the City will take. Director Nelson described the Canyon Road Improvement <br /> Project and advised that she and Councilman Greenalch will meet with neighbors later in <br /> the week, in the evening, to discuss specific issues and alternatives that will accommodate <br /> everyone.
