Interim Human Resources <br /> Director Erickson and Consultant Mr. Bruce Codding described terms in the agreement, and in <br /> answer to Councilmembers' questions City Attorney Schricker advised it is sometimes best to <br /> leave some terms undefined. <br /> Councilmembers discussed advantages and disadvantages of designating a broker of record <br /> for three years and the most advantageous position to increase competition and better <br /> premium prices.
