MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A Report and recommendation of the Legal Services Advisory Committee regarding <br /> increase in basic retainer for the City Attorney, Chairman Greenalch <br /> REPORT: Councilman Jack Greenalch, October 10, 1994 <br /> Councilman Greenalch presented the report from the Legal Services Advisory <br /> Committee recommending that the Council authorize a 5% increase to the retainer paid <br /> to the City Attorney. Councilman Greenalch advised that the retainer was last revised in <br /> the 1991-92 fiscal year and the City Attorney receives no City benefits.
