MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST A Report and recommendation of the Legal Services Advisory Committee regarding increase in basic retainer for the City Attorney, Chairman Greenalch REPORT: Councilman Jack Greenalch, October 10, 1994 Councilman Greenalch presented the report from the Legal Services Advisory Committee recommending that the Council authorize a 5% increase to the retainer paid to the City Attorney. Councilman Greenalch advised that the retainer was last revised in the 1991-92 fiscal year and the City Attorney receives no City benefits.
