ORIGINAl. <br /> (07/20/98) <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> Youth and Family Assistance-Crisis Intervention <br /> <br /> ,::2 <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this / day of <br />~ ,1998, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of <br /> the State of California ("City") and Youth and Family Assistance-Crisis Intervention, a California nonprofit <br /> organization ("Contractor"); <br /> <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides programs which serves the needs of youth and families in high- <br /> risk situations; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the program for <br /> residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor the sum of Five <br /> Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($5,000); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of Five Thousand and <br /> No/100 Dollars ($5,000) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1998, <br /> and ending June 30, 1999, solely for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br /> <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall use the funds provided pursuant to paragraph 1 solely <br /> for the Program purposes described in Exhibit "A" (Contract Objectives) attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROGRAM. No changes in the Program described in this agreement which <br /> are funded by the financial assistance provided under paragraph 1 shall be made without the prior written <br /> consent of City. <br /> <br /> <br />
