EXHIBIT"A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> UNIVERSITY <br /> The University will monitor and coordinate with City all instruction provided at City to assigned <br /> student(s). The Director of the School of Social Work and/or the responsible faculty member will be <br /> available for conference or assistance as might be required by the City during the educational <br /> experience. The University will be responsible for the professional activities of the student(s) and <br /> conduct, including any disciplinary action that might be required,while student(s) is(are)at City. <br /> CITY <br /> City will provide an environment that is appropriate to the learning needs of the student(s). City will <br /> provide an orientation to the faculty and students which includes City expectations for students, policy <br /> and procedures which impact client care, and general information which assists student(s) in effecting <br /> the City's primary mission. City shall have ultimate responsibility for client care and services. <br /> UNIVERSITY AND CITY <br /> University and City will develop schedules and student assignments so as to enhance the goals of the <br /> Social Work education program and compliment the primary mission of the Internship Program.
