NOW, THEREFORE, THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR <br /> AGENCY TO THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1 . The recitals set forth above are true and correct and incorporated <br /> herein . <br /> Section 2. The Oversight Board hereby approves the ROPS 16-17, attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, and hereby authorizes <br /> and directs the City Manager to make necessary revisions or amendments to the ROPS <br /> form based upon new direction or guidance from the State Department of Finance . <br /> Section 3. The Oversight Board hereby authorizes and directs the City Clerk to <br /> transmit the approved ROPS 16-17 , by mail or electronic means, to the San Mateo <br /> County Auditor-Controller, the State Controller and the State Department of Finance by <br /> February 1 , 2016 . <br /> Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to post a copy of the <br /> approved ROPS on the Successor Agency's website by February 1 , 2016 . <br /> Section 5.
