ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />(Dyett & Bhatia) ,, ��, <br />This. Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the A' day of <br />2017, extending and amending the agreement dated <br />Febr ry U016 (the "Agreement") as amended on May 26, 2016 by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("City"), and Dyett & Bhatia, ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for the preparation <br />of the EI Camino Real Corridor Plan. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On February 3, 2016, the Parties executed an Agreement for Professional <br />Services for the preparation of the EI Camino Real Corridor Plan for a total amount of <br />$195,604; and <br />B. On May 26, 2016, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Agreement for Professional Services in the amount of $56,000 to expand the scope to <br />include additional community outreach and transportation analysis, for a total amount of <br />$251,604. <br />C. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br />incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Remaining Tasks and Fee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br />hereby extended for a period of five (5) months ending on December 31, 2017. City will <br />pay Consultant for all work associated with those remaining tasks described in Exhibit <br />"A" on a time and materials basis in an amount not -to -exceed thirty two thousand, five <br />hundred and thirty four dollars ($32,534), for an aggregate amount of ($284,138). <br />Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed <br />to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by <br />City. <br />2. Consultant will complete all work described in Exhibit "A" by December 31, <br />2017. <br />3. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br />4.
