Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the Redwood <br />City Police Officers Association (POA) and Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the City and the Redwood City Police <br />Supervisors Association (PSA) <br /> <br />Staff contact: Leah Lockhart, Human Resour. Mgr. 780-7288 llockhart@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br />By motion, (1) approve tentative agreements with the Redwood City Police <br />Officers Association (POA) and the Redwood City Police Supervisors <br />Association (PSA); (2) authorize the City Manager to integrate the tentative <br />agreement language into and execute a successor Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the City and the Redwood Police Officers <br />Association; and (3) authorize the City Manager to integrate the tentative <br />agreement language into and execute a successor Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the City and the Redwood City Police Supervisors <br />Association (PSA) <br /> <br /> D. Supplemental Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund and <br />City/Former Redevelopment Agency Loan Modification (City Council <br />and Successor Agency Actions) <br /> <br />Staff contact: Starla Jerome-Robinson, Interim Finance Director 780-7072 <br />srobinson@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br />By Motion of the City Council, approve and authorize the Mayor to execute <br />on behalf of the City: 1) Ratification and Amendment to the Supplemental <br />Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund (SERAF) Loan; and <br />2) Ratification and Amendment to the City/Former Redevelopment Agency <br />(RDA) Loan Agreement being that the loans of funds for the SERAF Loan <br />and the City/RDA Loan were for legitimate redevelopment purposes. <br /> <br />By Motion of the Agency Board, approve and authorize the Executive <br />Director to execute on behalf of the Successor Agency: 1) Ratification and <br />Amendment to the Supplemental Educational Revenue Augmentation <br />Fund (SERAF) Loan; and 2) Ratification and Amendment to the <br />City/Former Redevelopment Agency (RDA) Loan Agreement being that <br />the loans of funds for the SERAF Loan and the City/RDA Loan were for <br />legitimate redevelopment purposes. <br /> <br /> 2.
