EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> YOUTH AND FAMILY ASSISTANCE-YOUR HOUSE SOUTH <br /> FISCAL YEAR 1998/99 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />1. Provide outreach to 1,250 residents of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. Provide crisis intervention services to 75 youth from Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Provide residential program or crisis shelter services to 100 youth from Redwood City. <br /> <br />4. Of the Redwood City youths who receive residential services, 80% will return home or be placed <br /> in an alternative living arrangement in compliance with their case disposition plan. <br /> <br />5. Of the Redwood City youths who receive residential services, 90% will not have a repeat episode <br /> of runaway behavior with the next year. <br /> <br />6. Communicate with at least 100 organizations and professionals within Redwood City about the <br /> services offered by Your House. <br /> <br /> <br />
