Although the Project site is located within the boundaries of the San <br />Carlos Airport comprehensive airport land use plan, the Project will not expose people using <br />the airport or persons residing or working in the project area to excessive noise levels. <br />Application equipment consists of one or two pick-up trucks, and, occasionally, a small <br />generator and an outboard motor. Applications are typically brief in duration and are made <br />infrequently; noise generated by Project activity is consistent with ambient noise from typical <br />urban activities and nearby roads.
