18 <br />8.0 RECORD KEEPING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Records will be maintained of the following information for each pesticide application event: <br /> <br />o The location of the treatment area (address and coordinates); <br />o The name of the water body treated; <br />o Project size (water surface area and volume of water treated); <br />o Name, formulation, concentration, and amount of pesticide used; <br />o Field and laboratory water analyses for pre- and post-treatment water quality; and <br />o Documentation of activities in compliance with the General Permit Section D of the <br />Permit (reiterated as Section 6.2 of this Plan (Best Management Practices). <br /> <br />Sketches of sample locations, chain of custody forms and other information developed as part of <br />this monitoring program shall be maintained and submitted to the RWQCB upon request. All <br />monitoring information and copies of all reports and records required by this NPDES General <br />Permit shall be retained for five years, unless directed otherwise by the RWQCB. <br />6.3.A. - Page 183
