Page 1 of 9 <br />ATTY/AGR/2016/AMENDMENTS/AMEND NO.3 COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br />REV: 02-11-16 <br />THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br />AND <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY – FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> <br /> <br />THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this ______day of <br />_____________, _______, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called <br />"County," and CITY OF REDWOOD CITY - FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER, <br />hereinafter called "Contractor"; <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with <br />independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department <br />thereof; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for Core Services on June 4, 2013; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended that Agreement on April 11, 2014, to add the Cost of <br />Living Adjustment (COLA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties amended that Agreement on June 23, 2015, to provide Core <br />funding in the amount of $9,821 and Sustainability funding in the amount of $33,437 Fiscal <br />Year 2014-2015; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties now wish to further amend the Agreement to add the FY 2015- <br />16 funds for Net County Cost (NNC) in the amount of $9,065, COLA in the amount of $2,205 <br />and Sustainability Funds in the amount of $16,718, for a total amendment amount of $27,988 <br />and a total agreement amount of $290,706. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY THE PARTIES HERETO <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />6.1.A. - Page 14
