Redwood City 2020 Executive Team <br /> Role: Oversees operational coordination of Redwood City 2020 initiatives by supporting and <br /> advising the Executive Director, reviewing data and aiding the evaluation of programs and <br /> initiatives, making recommendations to the Leadership Council regarding policy, program and <br /> resource allocation, identifying challenges and community needs and developing suggestions <br /> for solutions, aligning the values and purposes of inember organizations and Redwood City <br /> 2020, building and maintaining collaborative, cross-sector relationships, developing and <br /> monitoring financial resources, and promoting integration of efforts. <br /> Membership: Each Redwood City 2020 partner organization that contributes at least $25,000 <br /> per year to support the collaborative is entitled to membership on the Executive Team. <br /> Typically, the member will be the Chief Executive Officer of the organization or serve at the <br /> senior management level. <br /> Structure: The Executive Team will annually select a Chair from its members, who will be <br /> responsible for co-leading the meetings of the Executive Team in partnership with the Executive <br /> Director, serving as liaison between the Executive Team and the Leadership Council, and <br /> working with the Executive Director to develop meeting agendas. <br /> Meeting: The Executive Team will meet at least six (6) times annually.
