<br />in connection with the indemnifying party's performance of any of its obligations <br />contained in this Agreement, its failure to comply with any of its obligations contained in <br />this Agreement, except for such loss or damage as was caused by the sole negligence or <br />willful misconduct of the other party. A party's indemnification obligations under this <br />subsection shall survive the termination of this Agreement and/or said party's transfer of <br />its interests in the subject parcel. <br />m. A party which transfers its interests in its respective parcel shall be <br />released from any obligations under this Agreement, save and except for surviving <br />indemnities. <br />n.
