<br />H. Parkinq for Patrons of Other Downtown Businesses. <br /> <br />Patrons of other Downtown businesses presenting validation may receive free parking in <br />the Jefferson Garage for a period not to exceed one and one/half (1.5) hours prior to <br />presentation of such validation during Jefferson Garage Peak Periods. <br /> <br />II. BLOCK TWO PARKING LOT <br /> <br />C. Parkinq Rates for Peak Periods. <br /> <br />Subject to Sections 11-0 and II-F below, the hourly rate for use of the Block Two Parking <br />Lot shall be two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour from 6:00 p.m. until 11 :00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday, and all day on weekends and holidays (collectively, "Block Two Lot Peak Park <br />Periods"), provided that such two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour minimum charge shall <br />be adjusted, by $0.50 increments, to compensate for adjustments in the CPI, as more <br />particularly described on Schedule I. <br /> <br />G. <br />Parkinq. <br /> <br />Parkinq Operations durinq Non-Peak Periods: Restriction on Lonq Duration <br /> <br />Subject to Sections 11-0 and II-E above, the City may operate the Block Two Lot at its <br />sole discretion for periods other than Block Two Lot Peak Periods. Notwithstanding anything to <br />the contrary contained in the foregoing sentence, the City shall be permitted to issue up to one <br />hundred and five (105) monthly parking permits for use in the Block Two Lot in accordance with <br />such rates and regulations as shall be established by resolution of the city council. Said parking <br />permits shall be effective Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />III. MARSHALL STREET GARAGE <br /> <br />B. Parkinq Rates for Peak Periods. <br /> <br />Subject to Sections III-C and 111-0 and III-E below, the hourly rate for use of the Marshall <br />Street Garage shall be two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour from 6:00 p.m. until 11 :00 <br />p.m., Monday through Friday and all day on weekends and holidays (collectively "Marshall <br />Street Garage Peak Periods"), provided that such two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour <br />minimum charge shall be adjusted, by $0.50 increments, to compensate for adjustments in the <br />CPI, as more particularly described on Schedule I. <br /> <br />D.
