Any estoppel certificate shall bind MTC to the extent set forth therein. <br />25.5 This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their <br />respective permitted successors and assigns. The Recognized Lender shall be a third party beneficiary of <br />Section 19.
