<br />203215669.16 A-1-7 <br />would be unsafe, unavailable, impractical, or impossible , then Operator shall <br />contact MTC by telephone and by email at least 24 hours before the <br />interruption of service and specifically describe the reason, proposed <br />duration, Operator’s proposed actions to correct the cause of the interruption <br />(if possible), minimize the interruption, and Operator’s plans to resume <br />service. <br />Operator promptly shall notify the subscribers of the cause and expected duration of the <br />proposed interruption of service by posting notice on the website, via email, and Terminals <br />(electronic message). <br />(2) Unintentional Interruption of Service. If, at any time, a System malfunction <br />or an event or circumstance occurs where continuous service would be unsafe <br />or unavailable for reasons beyond Operator’s reasonable control, and this <br />causes or will cause a temporary interruption of service, then Operator shall <br />immediately contact MTC by telephone and by email and specifically <br />describe the reason, estimated duration, Operator’s proposed actions to <br />correct the cause of the interruption (if possible), efforts to minimize the <br />interruption, and Operator’s plans to resume service. <br />Operator promptly shall notify the subscribers of the cause and expected duration of the <br />interruption of service by posting notice on the website, via email, and Terminals (electronic <br />message). <br />In the case of both Intentional and Unintentional Interruptions of Service, Operator shall <br />be obligated to perform all necessary and appropriate acts to restart the service as soon as <br />possible. <br />3.13 Safety Training: On at least a quarterly basis, Operator shall provide safety <br />training on proper use of bicycles and applicable rules and regulations of the road to current <br />and/or potential users in each city.
