Mayor Gee said that there is an issue here and the Council is aware of and <br /> concerned that drivers do not respect stop signs and speed limits. He said Council <br /> postponed taking action on Farm Hill for more community input and because PG&E had <br /> a project in the works and now we are ready to move forward. He said the City <br /> Manager and staff have worked with Canada College President Buckley to orient <br /> students and help them understand the importance of driving safely.
