Place 8-9 Redwood City single parents and 10-13 children in affordable housing. <br /> <br />2. Implement Section 8 Certificates. <br /> <br />3. Continue to manage three service-enriched shared living residences throughout Redwood City <br /> focusing on housing single parent families. <br /> <br />4. Provide on-going case management to oversee and monitor progress towards self-sufficiency for <br /> 8-9 Redwood City single parent families. <br /> <br />5. Connect 8-9 Redwood City families with resources for child care, employment, financial <br /> assistance and appropriate counseling. <br /> <br />6. Provide 12 Life Skills Workshops for developing self-sufficiency skills. <br /> <br />7. Coordinate the Mentor Program to connect participants to a volunteer mentor to provide support <br /> that will foster professional advancement and guidance in career choices. <br /> <br /> <br />
