Staff Report; <br /> Redevelopment Agency Executive Director Church presented the staff report, and <br /> described the process and purpose of the Disposition and Development Agreement and the <br /> Agency's contribution of $500,000. In response to Vice Mayor Claire's questions <br /> Director Church advised that the pass through column in the report represents the County's <br /> share of the tax increment and nothing will go to the schools according to the agreement <br /> signed in 1982.
