ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Susan Keely, Canyon Road, complimented the City on the downtown holiday decorations. <br /> Mayor Gasparini thanked General Services for setting up the downtown decorations. <br /> B. Loretta Thomas, Broadway merchant, expressed concerns of a customer who went to the <br /> Police Department and found the doors locked on a holiday. Councilwoman Buchan <br /> advised that there is a phone outside the Police Department and encouraged the resident to <br /> contact their Community Policing Officer. City Manager Everett advised that staffwill <br /> look into the situation to make sure the phone is visible outside the Police Department. <br /> Mayor Gasparini stated that staff will find out more information and get back to the person <br /> on this issue. <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 52 <br />Page No. 444 <br />
