City Manager Everett introduced the new Police Chief of Redwood City, Carlos Bolanos, who was welcomed with a long and hearty round of applause. Chief Bolanos thanked the City Manager and said how glad he was for the opportunity to work with the Council and the Community to bring great things to the Redwood City Police Department and the City of Redwood City. MEMO 12/13/94 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS A. John Mooney, 980 Pleasant Hill Road, said that Redwood City had investments in the San Mateo County Investment pool and he had read that the County had lost money. Mr. Mooney asked how much money had Redwood City lost in that investment pool.
