MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A. Councilman Sanfilipo congratulated all the residents in Redwood City for the beautiful <br /> Christmas decorations on their homes, especially "Candy Cane Lane" which is Dewey <br /> Street. <br /> B. Mayor Gasparini read part of the letter Dave Irmer sent to the Manager of Safeway <br /> thanking them for the 50 turkeys they donated to Fair Oaks Community Center for <br /> Christmas Mr. Irmer also wrote in his letter that Councilman Sanfilipo spearheaded this <br /> cause and was a wonderful supporter of the Center and its good works. Mayor Gasparini <br /> told Councilman Sanfilipo "great job! " <br /> Councilwoman Steinfeld advised that Bonnie Miller, FOCC Advisory Board <br /> Chairperson, was also instrumental in this effort. <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />7. STAFF REPORTS <br /> A Presentation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year Ended June <br /> 30, 1994, and Council discussion of anticipated unexpended General Fund monies as well <br /> as other budget policy and financial issues (402-03) <br /> REPORT: Finance Director, December 19, 1994 <br /> Finance Director Ponty presented the staff report summarizing the financial transactions <br /> for all funds and account groups of the City of Redwood City, the City of Redwood City <br /> Redevelopment Agency, and the Port of Redwood City for the fiscal year ended June 30, <br /> 1994, and thanked Speer McClelland for the art work on the report cover.
