WHEREAS, Sandman, Inc. dba Star Concrete ("Star Concrete") proposes <br /> to construct a concrete batch plant that would produce approximately 1,600 tons <br /> of concrete per day with a maximum capacity of 2,000 tons pe�day. <br /> WHEREAS, a more complete description of the proposed Project can be <br /> found in the Initial Study, the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br /> suppo�ting documents located at the addresses set forth below; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration <br /> describe and analyze the Project, the impact on the environment and measures <br /> related thereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board for review and <br /> approval the Initial Study, the Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and the <br /> Notice of Intent to Adopt. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> DIRECTORS OF THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The recitals are true and correct. <br /> 2. This Board has reviewed the Initial Study, the Proposed Mitigated <br /> Negative Declaration and the Notice of Intent to Adopt. <br /> 3.
