<br />The CIP is funded in large part from the Utilities Users Tax fund. Other funding sources <br />include the Water and Sewer Enterprise funds, Park-In-Lieu fund, Parking fund, Gas <br />Tax, Grants and special assessment districts. A comprehensive listing of projects and <br />associated budget requests for FY 2016-17 can be found within the attachment. <br /> <br />In Fall 2016, staff will bring a proposed five-year Capital Improvement Program to the <br />City Council to provide a longer-term perspective on capital investments, as many <br />projects span multiple years. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may provide input on proposed projects and request that staff modify the project <br />list to respond to City Council priorities. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The total proposed CIP budget for FY 2016-17 is $32,339,226.
