Consultant will: <br /> • Create ideal candidate profiles in consultation with the client; <br /> • Design and execute advertising campaigns; <br /> • Praduce and distribute recruitment bro�hures (#raditional & electronic mail); <br /> • Gonduct extensive personal outreach; <br /> 4 Conduct screening interviews; <br /> • De�elop and deliver a written repart #o client an recruitment (highlig�ting the <br /> results of#he recruitments and subsequent s�reening interviews}; <br /> • Design and �acilitate candidate interviews with the Client; <br /> • Conduct baekground and reference checks (top candidates); <br /> • Assist client with final selection deliber�tipns; and <br /> • Assist with negotiations an�! transition de#ails. <br /> Professional Fees <br /> The professional fee far the Assistant City Ma�ager and Deputy City Manager <br /> recruitments will be $3�,Q00 for #he Scope of Work articulated in this quote. The <br /> pr4fessional fee covers the entire scope of work and does not cap the number of visits <br /> or the amount af time invested in bringing the praject to a successful conclusion. <br /> Reimbursable Expenses <br /> Reimbursable expenses are not to exceed $15,000. Reimbursable expenses include <br /> advertising, brochure design and reproduction, report supplies, prirrting/copying, <br /> administrative support, postage and delivery charges, as well as consultant travel <br /> related to client meetings and interviews. Consultant travel entails traveling from Los <br /> AngeleslSouth Bay to Redwor�d City for client mee#ings and interviews. <br /> Lead Consultant/Primary Contact <br /> Teri B1ack-Brann wil! serve as the lead consultant and primary contact for this <br /> recruitment.
