ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Richard Silver, Arch Street, Redwood City, asked Council to consider <br /> adoption of an ordinance similar to Ordinance No. 91-244 of the City of <br /> Los Altos addressing the noise, health and safety effects of gasoline <br /> powered leaf blowers. <br /> CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor La Berge to be the consensus of <br /> the Council to refer this matter to the Council Legislative Committee. <br /> MEMO 6/9/92 <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> B.
