Prohibited . ( a) No person shall stop , stand or pars a vehicle on any of the streets or portions :- of" etree-ts described in Section 194. of : thh.is ordinance . for , a period, of time longer than one ( 1 ) hour ; between the hours of 2 : 00 a . m. • and . 5: 00 a o m ; of - ant day . ( b ) No person shall stop , stand or park any truck , bus or trailer , of any kind, at any time , on any street in the City of Redirood Gay for a period of time longer than one ( 1 ) hour between the hours of 2 : 00 a . m. and 5 : 00 a . m . of any day . ( c ) As used in this section, the following words shall have the meanings set opposite them . • . • L>' 1 . , Vehicle . Any device ir3, upon or by which any person or ? property is or may be propelled , moved or drawn upon a highway , exeeptInt a device moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails - or tracks . 2 . Truck. Any vehicle designed , used or maintained primarily :for the transportation of property . . 3 . Bus . Any vehicle of a type used or maintained for the trans -- portation of persons , for hire , compensation or proft , or primarily de- signed for the transportation of persons , other than taxicabs . Trailer . 4. . A vehicle designed for carrying persons or property on its own structure and for being drawn by :a motor vehicia.. A trailer includes semitrailers , pole or pipe trailers , and house trailers . Sec . 153 . Parking Space Markings . The city manager is. authorized :.too install and maintain parking space markings to indicate parking spades adjacent to curbings where authorized parking is permitted . . When such parking space markings are placed in the highway, subject to other and more restrictive limitations , no vehicle shall be stopped , left standing or parked other than within a single space unless the size or shape of such vehicle makes compliance impossible . ARTICLE XII TRAINS . Sec . 170 . _Driving on Railroad Tracks .
