following location : <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the Southwests <br /> erly curb line of Upton Street with the North- <br /> easterly prolongation of the Southeasterly line <br /> of Lot 5 , Block 10 , Kensington Square , as des - <br /> ignated on that map entitled , "Kensington <br /> Square " filed in the office of the Recorder of <br /> San Mateo County , California , on November 3 , <br /> 1925 in Book 12 of Maps at pages 74 and ?5 ; <br /> thence Northwesterly along said curb line a <br /> distance of 28 feet , more or less , to the <br /> true point of a beginning ; thence continuing <br /> Northwesterly along said curb line a distance <br /> of 57 feet , more or less , to the Southeast end <br /> of the curb return at the Southerly corner of <br /> the intersection of Upton Street and Jefferson <br /> Avenue . <br /> provided , however , that buses may stop in the aforementioned <br /> "No -Parking " zone while loading or unloading passengers . <br /> Section 5 . No person shall stop , stand or park: any <br /> vehicle of any kind at any time within the "No -Parking ' zone <br /> established by Section 4 hereof , with the exception of a <br /> vehicle specified in Section 4 hereof . <br /> Section 6. Any person violating any of the provisions <br /> of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdeameanor <br /> and upon conviction thereof , shall be punished by a fine not <br /> exceeding the sum of One Hundred Dollars ( $100 . 00 ) , or by im- <br /> prisonment in the County Jail of San Mateo County , California , <br /> for a period not exceeding thirty ( 30 ) days , or by both such <br /> fine and imprisonment . <br /> Section 7 .
