Commencement of Improvements: Site analysis, building massing, constraints analysis <br />and working with YMCA on ground lease and operations agreement. <br />Status of project as of 6/30/2015: The site analysis, building massing and constraints <br />analysis reports have been completed. The City and the YMCA are working together on <br />Phase II of the architectural agreements, MOU, and CEQA preparation. <br /> <br />6. A description of any interfund transfer or loan <br /> <br />On January 7, 2016, $283,403 was transferred from the Parks Impact Fund to the <br />Quimby Act fund. The funds represent projects that were allocated incorrectly. <br /> <br />7.
