No. 17 and P.S. No. 19 to the <br />lowest responsible bidder, Casey Construction, Inc. of Emerald Hills for their <br />low bid of $1,198,500.00 and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />contract and increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br />amount awarded, not to exceed $1,318,350.00 and confirm determination <br />that the project is exempt and meets California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) exemption criteria as set forth in Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) <br />and Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction) of the CEQA <br />Regulations.
