EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Additional services are required due to the expanded scope of construction for the <br />Magical Bridge Playground and additional support tasks from the original agreement <br />with SSA. <br />Unforeseen existing site conditions such as un -documented electrical lines and utility <br />conflicts, geotechnical inspections and services, the City -furnished aspect of the <br />construction, and the subsequent submittal review and coordination created the need <br />for the expanded scope and fee.
