TERMINATION <br /> A. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon tenrlering thirty (30) <br /> days written notice to the other party in accflrdance with section VIII of <br /> this Agreement{"Norice of Termination'�. <br /> B, In the event of termination, RWC shall only be enfitled to the retum of <br /> any funds described in I(A)that have not been expended or committed <br /> by contract pursuant to Sectian I(C) as 4f the date of the Notice of <br /> Termination. Within thirty {30) days of the date of the Notice of <br /> Termination, any such funds shall be returned to RWC along with an <br /> accounting of all funds expended or cornmitted by contract as of the <br /> date of the Notice of'Termination. <br /> VIII.
