PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> ADDITIONAL INSURED - OWNERS, LESSEES OR <br /> CONTRACTORS - COMPLETED OPERATIONS <br /> This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br /> PRODUCTS/COMPLETED OPERATIONS LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Name Of Additional Insured Person(s) <br /> Or Organization(s) Location And Description Of Completed Operations <br /> The City of Redwood City, its council2members,officers, Any location where your work" is performed, but only <br /> boards,commissions,employees and agents are with respect to completed operations covered under <br /> additional insureds as required by written contract this policy for"Commercial Construction" or Any <br /> executed prior to the"bodily injury"or"property renovation, remodeling repair, or maintenance of <br /> "residential property". Commercial Construction" <br /> damage. means all construction activity that is not"Residential <br /> Construction". "Residential Construction" means any <br /> construction operations, work or activities performed on <br /> any "residential property". "Residential Property" <br /> means any of the following types of buildings, units or <br /> structures: single or multi family dwellings, <br /> condominiums, townhomes including zero lot line <br /> townhomes, cooperative apartments, time-shared <br /> properties, and the entirety of any commercial or mixed <br /> use building, unit or structure of which any of the <br /> foregoing forms a part. "Residential property" also <br /> includes any common areas and infrastructure <br /> associated with any of the foregoing. Any building, unit <br /> or structure that becomes or is converted to "residential <br /> property"shall be deemed to be "residential property" <br /> as of the date of its original construction. "Residential <br /> property"does not include apartments that are not any <br /> of the foregoinc and that are intended to be leased or <br /> rented out to others. <br /> Information required to complete this Schedule, if not shown above, will be shown in the Declarations. <br /> A. Section II — Who Is An Insured is amended to 1. The insurance afforded to such additional <br /> include as an additional insured the person(s) or insured only applies to the extent permitted by <br /> organization(s) shown in the Schedule, but only law; and <br /> with respect to liability for "bodily injury" or 2.
