Approval of the General and Special Release to Resolve Litigation <br /> Somers v. City of Redwood City <br /> Staff contact: Michelle Marchetta Kenyon City Attorney 780-7200 cityatty @redwoodcity.org <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve settlement as memorialized in the General and Special <br /> Release in Somers v. City of Redwood City <br /> H. Acceptance of the provisions of the settlement agreement in the United <br /> States et al. ex rel. Perez v.
