8.A. - Page 14 <br /> The Fire Department has a response time goal of 5 minutes. The average response <br /> time for all calls was five minutes or less for four of the last five years; for 2014 the <br /> average response time was 5:06 minutes. With the exception of 2014 the Department <br /> has been able to annually meet or exceed its response time goals. While there has <br /> been a steady increase in response times, the Department expects to be able to meet <br /> this goal for at least the next 1-2 years.
