No. 581, § 2) <br /> Sec. 21.9. - KEEPING OF BEES—DE-FI-NED-NUISANCE: <br /> not having provided anything to attract bees, and such condition continues for a period of <br /> over one week, is defined, found and declared to be a nuisance, and shall be held to be the <br /> keeping of bees in a place in such quantities as to create a source of constant aa-xoyance and <br /> discomfort to a person.
