105. Date Effective — No building or zoning permit shall be issued, and no use shall be <br /> established except in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions outlined <br /> above, and in no case shall such permit be issued or use established prior to the final <br /> action on the appeal. [SDR][PLANNING] <br /> Community Benefits <br /> The following fees are to be paid in full for Community Benefits. Additionally, a receipt <br /> and/or letter documenting payment to each organization shall be submitted to Building <br /> Services prior to issuance of a Building Permit. <br /> 106. Affordable Housing 1 — Applicant shall pay $100,000 to the City for the City's <br /> Affordable Housing fund. [COA][PLANNING] <br /> 107. Affordable Housing II — Applicant shall pay $275,000 to Saint Vincent De Paul to <br /> provide for emergency services/financing/housing to community members facing <br /> displacement and/or homelessness due to rising housing costs. This will be <br /> accomplished through a donation to a non-profit which currently performs such <br /> services. The funds must be used to help Redwood City residents. <br /> [COA][PLANNING] <br /> 108. Youth/Education — Applicant shall pay $15,000 to Aim High to support summer <br /> educational programs at Roosevelt School for underprivileged children. <br /> [COA][PLANNING] <br /> 109. Youth/Education — Applicant shall pay $15,000 to Reading Partners to support <br /> educational programs aimed at supporting reading programs in under-resourced <br /> schools. This contribution will be specifically earmarked for Redwood City Schools. <br /> [COA][PLANNING] <br /> 110. Youth/Education — Applicant shall pay $15,000 to support summer and/or <br /> afterschool activities for high-risk children in Redwood City. [COA][PLANNING] <br /> 111. Quality of Life I — Arts — Applicant shall pay $15,000 to fund the planning, <br /> implementation and management of art programs in the Downtown area. <br /> [COA][PLANNING] <br /> 112.
