EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Funding for this agreement has been granted from the San Mateo County Health <br /> System, Department of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to support the <br /> Redwood City ("RWC") and North Fair Oaks ("NFO") Alcohol and Other Drug <br /> Prevention Partnership. Albert R. Gonzales Jr., Leamistic, will work in collaboration with <br /> the AOD Abuse Prevention Partnership to build program capacity in creating and <br /> implementing positive youth development settings. <br /> Specific tasks will include: <br /> • Develop and implement 2-3 trainings on diversity, educational equity, and <br /> positive youth development for the Redwood City and North Fair Oaks youth <br /> service providers' and youth development practitioners' community. <br /> • Provide coaching for organizations to further refine their youth development and <br /> equity practices. <br /> • Work with Redwood City 2020 staff and other youth development community <br /> stakeholders to tailor trainings and coaching to current community context. <br /> Consultant will invoice Redwood City 2020 monthly, providing documentation of actions <br /> taken during the preceding month.
