ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br />M/S Howard /Pierce to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. City <br />Manager Everett stated that item nos. 5.1.0 and 5.1.D should be removed at this time <br />and considered on June 28, 2004. The motion passed by a unanimous roll call <br />vote. <br />5.1 Section — Motions <br />A. Approve the Regular City Council Meeting minutes of June 7, 2004, as submitted; <br />B. Asphalt Materials Purchase (301) MINUTE ORDER 04 -115 <br />C. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, extend the agreement for the 2003/2004 Asphalt Materials Purchase to <br />Graniterock Company, of Redwood City, CA, for the not -to- exceed amount of <br />$191,840.65.
