<br /> ARTICLE III <br /> VESTING <br /> 3.1 Vestin2. <br /> <br /> A Member will be fully vested in his Retirement Benefit upon meeting the requirements <br /> of Section 1.1. <br /> 3.2 Full or Partial Termination. <br /> Notwithstanding the vesting schedule, upon the complete discontinuance of Employer <br /> contributions to the Plan or upon any full or partial termination of the Plan, the Member's <br /> Retirement Benefit shall become one hundred percent (100%) Vested. <br /> 3.3 Attainment of Normal Retirement A2e. <br /> <br /> A Member shall be fully vested in his Retirement Benefit upon attainment of Normal <br /> Retirement Age. <br /> 3.4 Effect of V estin2. <br /> <br /> Vesting shall entitle a Member to payment during his lifetime of the Retirement Benefit <br /> at the times and upon the conditions specified herein, and shall entitle the Member's survivor or <br /> Beneficiary to any death benefits provided herein.
