Award contract to Vimoc Technologies Inc., to provide acquisition and installation of real- <br />time parking availability signs, for an amount not to exceed $126,000, and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute a General Services Agreement with Vimoc Technologies, Inc. in <br />substantially the form attached as Attachment No. 1, subject to any changes approved by <br />the City Attorney, and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% above the contract amount <br />2.
