EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />1. Scope of Services <br />Contractor will provide the following work in accordance with plans, detail drawings and <br />specifications: <br />Y Protection of public and private property, utilities, trees, and storm water. <br />➢ Preparation of sites at various locations throughout the City. <br />➢ Notification of property owners of upcoming work at their location. <br />➢ Vehicle and pedestrian traffic control. <br />Y Demolition of existing sidewalks, driveways, curbs and gutters. <br />Y Excavation of base to proper grade. <br />Y Removal of all debris (daily). <br />Y Placement and compaction of baserock. <br />Y Construction of sidewalks, driveways, curbs and gutters, and wheelchair ramps. <br />Y Asphalt sawcutting and removal, or grinding, and paving. <br />➢ Repair of existing irrigation systems. <br />Y Installation of PVC drain lines. <br />Y Installation of tree grates. <br />Y Secure sites at end of each workday. <br />➢ Clean-up, backfill, finish grading, and site restoration as necessary. <br />➢ Dust control, and site clean-up. <br />Y Tree damage mitigation. <br />2. Payment Terms <br />Contractor shall <br />provide the services outlined above on a per unit basis not to exceed <br />$396,637.50.
