MEMORANDUM <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> ENGINEERING SECTION <br /> DATE: 6/13/2016 <br /> TO: Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Manager <br /> FROM: Christian Hammack, Parking and Transportation Demand Manager <br /> RE: Dynamic Parking Signage Project—Approval of additional subcontractors <br /> Melissa, <br /> Vimoc, the contractor that will be providing the new dynamic signage for our downtown garages <br /> is asking to have two additional subcontractors approved for use on the project. Per section#5 of <br /> the agreement, the City Manager has the authority to approve new subcontractors. I have <br /> reviewed the requested subcontractors and found that they are acceptable for the required work in <br /> this project. Please find attached a consent letter for your signature.
