EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> SUHSD will provide one Mental Health Clinician to provide services at Sequoia High <br /> School's Sequoia Teen Resource Center for the 2015-2016 school year. The Mental <br /> Health Clinician shall carry out the following responsibilities: <br /> a. The Mental Health Clinician who will provide counseling services and any <br /> administrative work related to counseling for students referred to the Sequoia <br /> Teen Resource Center. <br /> b.
