Motion approved by electronic <br /> vote 5-0 with Vice Mayor Foust and Council Member Howard absent. <br /> Mayor Gee said that the resolution on Item 6.3B had been updated to add Section 3 and <br /> that there had been $10 million that had initially been set aside under the old <br /> Redevelopment Agency and moved to the Successor Agency, but the State was now <br /> requiring the funds be remitted to it. <br /> By this action, the Council will remit funds under protest as the city continues to appeal <br /> and seek recovery of the $10 million to benefit the community. <br /> Item 6.3.B was revised with the addition of Section 3 by the City Attorney's Office. <br /> 1.
