Adopt a resolution to join in the Joint Exercise of Power Agreement to establish the <br /> Peninsula Clean Energy Authority in San Mateo County <br /> The following member of the public spoke regarding this project: <br /> • Wayne Roth <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15475 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE JOINT <br /> EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT, WHICH WILL ESTABLISH THE PENINSULA CLEAN <br /> ENERGY AUTHORITY WITH THE CITY AS A CHARTER MEMBER AND APPOINTING A <br /> DIRECTOR ON THE BOARD AND AN ALTERNATE DIRECTOR <br /> M/S Aguirre/Borgens to adopt a resolution to join the Joint Exercise of Power <br /> Agreement to establish the Peninsula Clean Energy Authority in San Mateo <br /> County. Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> 2.
