Additionally, this budget covers <br /> contractual matters and case administration and implementing consultant's quality control <br /> review process. <br /> Summary of Deliverables <br /> Deliverables under this 3r'1 Contract Amendment focusing on Phase 2, Prepare Draft EIR <br /> include the following: <br /> • 3rd Administrative Draft EIR (Task 2): 2 CDs (MSWord) and 4 paper copies <br /> • Pre-Print Draft EIR (Task 2): 1 electronic MSWord <br /> The deliverables associated with the Public Draft EIR and for Phases 3 through 7 are defined in <br /> the 1S1 Contract Amendment. <br /> Schedule <br /> MIGITRA would provide the 3rd Administrative Draft EIR within four weeks of receiving notice to <br /> proceed. Once the Consultant receives notice to proceed, they will provide a detailed schedule <br /> through completion of the CEQA process. <br /> Below is a tentative schedule for completion of the EIR process for the California Water Tank <br /> and Pump Station project.
